Orders placed before 1 PM EST will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most instances your package should arrive in 2-5 days.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are based on USPS shipping zones. We ship exclusively via United States Postal Service to keep our rates as low as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship our products all over the world.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, your order will ship out via the United States Postal Service.

What if I need my items in a hurry?

Expedited shipping can be arranged through Contact US or email at info@grippit.com. You will be responsible for the difference between our standard flat rate (including free shipping), and the new expedited rate.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Emails will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. Tracking is also available on our site if you have created an account. To create an account go to Shop > My Account > Create account > enter your order ID and billing email and click the track button.

Taxes and duties

We collect sales tax when shipping to Florida addresses.

For international sales, all applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges will be. If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded. Only items that have been purchased directly from grippit.com can be returned to us. Grippit! products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. To cancel an order, please Contact Us or email us at info@grippit.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped then it will have to be returned so we may process your refund.

Returns and exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items need to be returned undamaged, unused, and in original packaging, and must include your purchase receipt from grippit.com. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new condition. Please note that we do not refund original shipping, and you are responsible for any shipping charges associated with your return or exchange. Please ensure you obtain tracking when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Refunds will be processed within three business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account.

Incorrect addresses:

We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect addresses. Please, make sure your shipping address is entered correctly! If you realize you’ve entered it incorrectly, please Contact Us or email us at info@grippit.com us as soon as possible. If paying by Paypal please make sure your account is up to date, and your address is correct. We only ship to addresses on the Transactions Details page.

Missing or incorrect items:

If items are missing or incorrect as a result of our error, please Contact Us or email us at info@grippit.com with your order number and details about the problem and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue at our expense.

International:

We accept international returns as long as we receive the like-new product in original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please include your purchase receipt from grippit.com to be eligible. You are responsible for return shipping, and please note that we cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping.
